If you are currently a New Century Health Provider Portal user please do not complete the online self-registration. If you do not have access to New Century Health’s Provider Portal, please proceed with self-registration. Completing the registration process for your physician group or individual practice takes just a few minutes. Once you’ve finished registration, you will receive your account user name and password. This will enable you to:

Access valuable training materials
Edit your personal profile, i.e. change password, etc.
Learn more about using the New Century Health Provider Portal to submit prior authorization requests

All practices participating in the program must complete the registration process except hospital systems that do not employ oncologists

To ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws, rules and regulations, and with health plan requirements, your practice must secure NCH consent prior to accessing the NCH system offshore. Registered users may only access and use NCH system in the United states or its territories (including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam and Northern Mariana Islands). Users are not permitted to access the system outside of the US without permission. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in termination of access and other disciplinary actions.
